At TouchlandOutlet, we want you to love every spritz. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our Hand & Fragrance Mists, we are here to help make it right.


Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Time Frame: You must request a return within [e.g., 14 or 30] days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process your return.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived defective or damaged.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used Hand & Fragrance Mists.

  • Products purchased on final sale or clearance.

  • Items without an original receipt or proof of purchase.


Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

To report a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email us at support@touchlandoutlet.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or error.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.


How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@touchlandoutlet.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within [e.g., 5-10] business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different scent, the fastest way is to return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the product you desire once the return is processed.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
